By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Draug Drones utilizes advanced drone technology, including high-resolution optical and thermal imaging cameras, to assist in the search for lost pets. Our Services include, but are not limited to, aerial searches of designated areas, live video feeds, and providing high-resolution images and videos of the search area. The specific scope, duration, and type of service (e.g., Standard Aerial, Advanced Thermal) will be agreed upon before the commencement of any search operation. .

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to drone operations.

  • Secure Property Access: Grant Draugr Drones personnel safe and legal access to the search area. If the search requires access to a third party's property, you are responsible for securing the necessary permissions. Draugr Drones will not operate over private property or search without owners consent. 

  • Not misuse our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Drone Flight Limitations

  • All drone operations comply with FAA regulations and local aviation laws.

  • Services may be restricted by weather, location, or legal constraints.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service if it violates flight safety or legal requirements.

  • Terrain, dense vegetation, trees, and warm weather may limit the effectiveness of the thermal technology. Due to these challenges we may recommend not using thermal drones for the search.

5. Payment & Refunds

Fee Structure: Our fees are based on the service tier selected and are calculated based on time and resources deployed. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the start of the Service. 

  • Payment: Full payment is due prior to the deployment of our search team unless otherwise arranged. 

  • Refund Policy: 

  • Fees for Services rendered are non-refundable, regardless of whether the pet is located. 

  • If a search is canceled by Draugr Drones for safety or technical reasons before the minimum search time is completed, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unrendered portion of the Service. 

  • If the client cancels a scheduled service After the dispatch of a search team, a cancellation fee may be charged. Immediate notification is required to avoid being charged any fees. (Example) If already dispatched and upon our arrival, it is determine our services are no longer required, a fee of approximately $100 may be charged for time and travel.

6. Liability Disclaimer

You understand and explicitly acknowledge that the Services provided by Draugr Drones are a form of assistance and do not, under any circumstances, guarantee the successful location or recovery of your lost pet. 

The outcome of a search is dependent on numerous external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: 

  • The pet's condition, behavior, and movement. 

  • The time elapsed since the pet went missing. 

  • Environmental conditions (weather, terrain, foliage density). 

  • Interference from wildlife or man-made structures. 

  • The accuracy of information provided by you. 

Draugr Drones commits to performing the agreed-upon Services professionally and diligently, but payment for our Services is for the time, expertise, and technology deployed, not for the outcome of the search. 

7. Data Privacy

  • Any information provided is used strictly for service purposes and is not stored, sold, or shared beyond what is necessary.
